4 pieces salmon
8 oz pasta
4 Tbsp garlic herb butter
2 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup chicken stock
3/4 cup heavy cream
3 oz tomato pesto
3/4 cup grated Parmesan
SPG to taste
Garlic Powder
Italian seasoning
Fresh basil
On med heat melt garlic herb butter. Season salmon with SPG/Italian seasoning then cook 3 min on each side and remove. Turn heat to med low. Add cream cheese/chicken stock/heavy cream and continue to stir until cream cheese is melted. Add tomato pesto, Parm, and seasonings. Turn burner to low and add salmon to sauce to allow it to warm. Cook 8oz pasta and drain. Plate with pasta, add salmon and cover with sauce. Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy!
