Some of us think that it’s impossible to lose weight naturally with PCOS. In fact, it can be fairly easy. Sorry I had you guys waiting for so long but I wanted to make sure I didn’t leave anything out.

🩵TIPS:

1: 😁 Make sure you make this easy for yourself. What may works for me or others may not work for you. I have tried counting calories, these little supplements and I quickly realized that does not work for me and I did not enjoy it as much as others.

2. 🧐 Do your research on the nutrition of what you are eating. I found that I was eating about 90% sugar which resulted in me feeling so bad all of the time and having stubborn weight loss that would not budge. Cutting out sugars are ideal esp at first to cleanse your body. Now I know what you are thinking.. how can we survive without sugar? It’s soo good! If you have an issue with that learn moderation and make sure you atleast cut out ADDED sugars for sure. I replaced candy with fruit. It hits my cravings with feeling the guilt and putting on the weight.

3. 🧠 Make sure to PRIORITIZE protein, fats & fiber. This is make the weight fall off seriously. I can provide some meal ideas or grocery ideas.

4. ⏱️ When I really started seeing a big change is when I started fasting. Fasting has a lot of great benefits but you want to make sure you switch things up. For example, I would fast M-F and then Saturday I would be more lenient but no go too crazy but it also kept me sane. Let’s be realistic. We are not going to eat completely clean 24/7 but you want to make sure you are getting right back on track after you have that cheat meal or snack.

5. 🏋️‍♀️LIGHT exercise: you don’t have to become somebody builder or anything but try to do at least 30 mins of walking 4-5 times a week to get your metabolism going and helps form your body the way you may want to. Or like I do light weight exercising, so dumbbells basically.

KEEP IN MIND: 📌

This is all about mindset. This can be very easy and it definitely gets easier as times goes. This is not meant to be perfect and if I can do it I know all of you can as well. I can help others with meal ideas and how to get started. When I started I had no guidance and kept doubting myself but as I went it became second nature to me.
