the BEST period tracking app!

Hey girlies!!

This is for all of us who want to track our period with an APP THAT IS ACTL useful and understand what you are going through. 👧💪🏽💕

Did you know that popular period apps like Flo are male-owned? I mean, of course they would have consulted women when creating the app, but something about a woman-owned period app just makes me trust is more 🤭

✨💯 the experience 🤌

I JUST started using AAVIA for about a month now, and honestly I love the whole experience of it. Everyday, I log on and answer a very short “quiz” by swiping through flash cards and at the end of it the app predicts what phase I am in my cycle and gives me a short but nice quote which HONESTLY makes my day!!

Like eSP near my period, it alw reassured me that my feelings are coz of my hormones and I can take a breather that day, which has been quite heartening to read 🥺

💬 the social aspect

There is a community tab in the app where people discuss about all things women and it’s just a nice safe space where ppl talk about anything and everything. 🥰 I alw find myself scrolling through the qns that I relate to and reading the comments below to learn something about myself.

📈📉 trends!!! For doc appts

If you’re like me and go for regular-ish check ups w your gynae, this app will be SO HANDY. there is a trends page which helps summarise your period and symptoms which you can show your doctor directly to give them as much info as possible to diagnose you better.

I’m sure there are other benefits to the app which I haven’t uncovered yet, but so far aM LOVING the whole feel of it, and how it doesn’t even have a period related name, it just looks like a cool normal app on my phone screen as well 😂
