Method to get refund from TnG toll penalty 💵💰

🇲🇾 If you accidentally use two different cards at Toll, you will be penalized. However, if you do receive a penalty, don't worry, there are two ways to apply for a refund.

1️⃣ You can visit a TNG counter to apply for a refund. Simply take a number and wait for your turn, then explain your situation to the customer service representative, and they will handle everything for you.

📌 In my case, I accidentally used my RFID card at Duta Toll entrance but used my TNG card at Damansara Toll exit. I thought I would be penalized but after checking online, I found out that I could apply for a refund. I went to the TNG branch at Nu Sentral to apply, and the whole process was very fast. They asked for details about my situation and handled everything for me.

The penalty fee is calculated as follows: Penalty fee (RM39) minus your Toll fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your account within a month. They will give you a small receipt (as shown in the picture) which you should keep safe. If you have not received your refund after a month, you can call and provide them with your case reference number to follow up.
