CAST IRON SKILLET HIBACHI

Completely forgot to post this last night! It was such a crazy day 😅

The plan was to make hibachi on the blackstone since that’s always a hit but the rain put a stop to that plan so we pivoted and cooked it inside in the cast iron skillet…..and it was pretty much identical to cooking it outside!

Just cooked our steak bites with salt and pepper. Cooked a bag of frozen Japanese veggies with coconut aminos, avocado oil, salt and garlic powder.

For the rice I started by cooking some chopped green onions and peas and carrots in avocado oil before adding in the rice and seasoning with coconut aminos and garlic powder.
