Plan Your Annual Leave for 2025 & Get 34 Days Off

Dear zesties!

As i’m working in an industry which is always shortage in manpower, our leaves are being approved by first come first serve basis / order of priority.

So when it comes to year-end meeting, we have this physical shared leave calendar where everyone will crowd around to get hold of the physical calendar first so that they can pen down their days off for next year >< So its really very fast that the “nicer” dates are taken up & more people who are more chill, will get those leftover dates.

I always make it a point to plan my leave in advance so i can maximize my leave to the fullest 🤭 As a guide, this is for anyone who has 14 days of annual leave next year.

Do note that the dates in bracket is the PH indicated /+ weekends! Dates not in bracket are the dates that you should take days off.

January (CNY) - 28, (29, 30), 31 [2 days AL]

March (Hari Raya) - 28 (29, 30, 31) [1 day AL]

April (Good fri) - 17 (18, 19, 20), 21 [2 days AL]

May (Labour Day) - (1), 2 (3, 4) [1 Day AL]

May (Vesak Day) - 9, (10, 11, 12), 13 [2 days AL]

August (National day) 8, (9, 10), 11 [2 days AL]

October (Deepavali) - 17, (18, 19, 20) [1 day AL]

December (Xmas) - 23, 24, (25), 26 [3 days AL]

TLDR;

Just take leaves on these dates:

28, 31 Jan

28 mar

17, 21 apr

2, 9, 13 may

8, 11 aug

17 oct

23, 24, 26 dec
