notion did me dirty 🙃💔

i started to try out digital planning this year and was recommended Notion by a lot of people online and on this platform, but i can truthfully say that Notion is #NotForMe 🙃

i do better with writing ✍🏻

- notion is all typed out

it is not super intuitive 😖

- had to watch multiple YouTube tutorials to still struggle with the app (maybe i’m a tech dino?)

- i could not figure out how to use the chapters

- could not figure out how to properly organise & add features

- a lot of features require you to get the pro version

i couldn’t really decorate it 🎨

- i love doodling in my planners and making it cute and aesthetic so this was a big peeve of mine

- i struggled with the white background as i’m autistic and i’m sensitive to bright backgrounds

i’m super impatient 🙃

- i simply do not have the patience to learn how to add all the features etc

- with ADHD, i already have a very short attention span and having to focus for so long to learn how to use the app made me super frustrated

i’m still willing to give Notion a chance, so please let me know in the comments what features are the most useful for you + how to use it properly 🥲💜 help a tech dino out
