📆Fly during the off-season

During the busy season (June thru August) is when flights completely skyrocket. Don’t be afraid to go on your trip during other months of the year. Not only flights, but accommodation and other expenses will be much cheaper in the less-busy season. It might even be more enjoyable with less tourists!

🛫Be flexible with airports

If you can, try to be flexible with what airport you fly out of. The same flight might be cheaper at one airport than at another. For example, my flight to Italy was way less expensive from the NYC airport than it was from the Philadelphia airport. And they’re the same distance from my house!
