prioritize gut health ~ gut health is so important for overall well being. Having a healthy gut can lead to decreased stress and anxiety. I love adding apple cider vinegar and other prebiotic and probiotic rich foods into my diet for my gut health

eat well, balanced meals ~ you are a reflection of what you eat. When you eat a lot of processed meals, you’ll feel more sluggish and anxious. Try to incorporate clean and balanced meals into your diet to help you look and feel your best

meditate for 10 minutes ~ incorporating yoga or meditation is a great way to reduce anxiety and stress. Make a habit to add this to your daily routine for at least 10 minutes! It’s a great way to clear your mind, reduce stress and anxiety.

Read before bed ~ skip the screen time before bed. Instead, spend 10 minutes or so reading before bed. This will calm your mind, promote better sleep and will thus help reduce your anxiety. I recommend reading a good self help book to help reinforce a positive mindset!
