If you’re on a weight loss journey, here are some quick and easy meal ideas to incorporate in your routine. I’m not following any “diet,” rather I am focusing on adding a variety of color into my meals and having high protein, low calorie meals.
Collagen coffee ~ I turned 30 this year so collagen has been a non-negotiable for me in the mornings. The salted caramel collagen from 1st Phorm is such a nice treat to add into my morning coffee!
Veggie, fruits & sausage platter ~ I have been having this meal everyday for lunch. It keeps me full for HOURS and contains a great assortment of vegetables, fruit and protein. A great high fiber, high protein, low calorie meal!
Protein bar ~ For a little afternoon pick me up, I had 1st phorm’s protein bar in the choco chip cookie dough flavor. SO good and contains 20g of protein!
Cuties ~ A great source of vitamin c & fiber!
Broccoli beef bowl ~ I love stocking up on a few frozen Trader Joe’s items for a quick dinner. The broccoli beef is SO good and is perfect for meal prepping!
