ran my first 5k today

for my first one i thought it went amazing. i ran most of it which felt good and finished it in 28min with a pace of 12’55 per mile. after doing this one i’d love to do more of them!

im only 2 months into my running and id love some tip and tricks others got to make it easier since im still struggling. pleaseee let me know thank youu
