🦋Brokenness Before Breakthrough🦋

"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." - Psalm 34:18

Brokenness is something we all experience at some point in life. Whether through loss, disappointment, or failure, our hearts can feel shattered, and our spirits crushed. In these painful moments, it's easy to believe that God is far away or that He has forgotten us. But Psalm 34 reminds us of a comforting and powerful truth: God is near to the brokenhearted. In fact, it's often in our brokenness that we experience His presence most intimately. He doesn't look away from our pain; He draws near, offering comfort, healing, and hope. God meets us in the rawness of our brokenness, not with judgment but with compassion. He is a God who enters into our suffering, holding us together when we feel like falling apart. Sometimes, the healing and breakthrough we long for can only come after we've been broken. Like a seed that must be buried and break open before it can grow into something new, our brokenness can lead to a deeper transformation. In God's hands, nothing is wasted, not even our pain. This process of brokenness can be a preparation for the breakthrough. Often, God uses the very things that break us to make us more resilient, more compassionate, and more dependent on Him. Our shattered hearts become fertile ground for God to plant seeds of hope, faith, and new purpose. While we may want immediate relief, God is often working on a deeper level, shaping us into the people He created us to be. We may not understand why we go through certain hardships, but we can trust that God is present in every piece of our brokenness. He is crafting a new story out of the fragments of our pain, bringing beauty from ashes. When we surrender our broken hearts to Him, we invite Him to take the shattered pieces and make something beautiful. Our brokenness can become the very thing that leads us into a season of breakthrough, renewal, and growth.
