This ramen place is an absolute gem that I stumbled upon during my last few days travelling Fukuoka πŸ‡―πŸ‡΅

🍜 The Dipping Noodles

Now, let me introduce you to the star of the show: Tsukemen. What is Tsukemen? Well, it's a style of ramen where the noodles are served separately from the rich, flavorful broth. Instead of the traditional ramen where the noodles are submerged in the broth, with Tsukemen, you dip the noodles into the broth, allowing them to soak up the intense flavors with every bite.

πŸ’Έ 150 JPY (~1 USD)

When we randomly found it in GMap we didn't expect it to be any line (silly us it's JapanπŸ˜…) Luckily we only have to wait around 30mins before ordering through a vending machine (there's english menu)

I just have to mention it haha it's a simple sautΓ©ed beansprout and greens that filled with garlic aroma. It cut through the richness of the tsukemen broth and such a perfect pairing.

If you find yourself in Fukuoka, make sure to seek out Ramen Kanetora. It's one of the best Tsukemen I've ever eaten in Japan for sure!
