The Space ⛅️

Located along Amoy Street, in the Telok Ayer area, with lots of notable food and bar spots. The cafe is light, white and bright, with light wood furniture that keep the space airy and breezy. The windows allow for a good amount of sunlight to come through, keeping the interior comfortable. The cafe is minimalist and clean, while keeping the warmth with gold touches.

The Cakes 💌

Luna 2.0: $9 [8.5/10]

Valrhona Guanaja 70% chocolate mousse sitting on a slice of hazelnut sponge, coated in a dark chocolate glaze, hiding a crunchy caramel and nut core, served with a piece of dark chocolate-coated feuilletine. I loved this, as a fan of dark, bittersweet chocolate, this was amazing. The flavours came together so well, smooth and rich all at once. I loved the hidden core too, as it added nuance to the cake.

Matcha Opera: $8.50 [8/10]

Matcha chiffon sponge filled with matcha mousse and matcha ganache, topped with matcha powder and Chantilly cream. This certainly screamed matcha! The bittersweet notes you would expect come through so well here, the matcha pulls through pleasantly. Though I did miss their previous rendition of this which had white chocolate.
