All about Crepes here at French Fold 🇫🇷 ✨

The Space 🍃

Located alongside Telok Ayer Street, a place with many food spots, is the French Fold. As you step inside, greenery greets you, from the centrepiece with potted plants hanging over the shared table in the middle of the cafe, to the pine green walls, the place gives off a really natural vibe. Accentuated with the wooden furniture used throughout.

The Crepes - Galettes 🍽

No.08: $19 [7/10]

I decided to give the No.08 a try. With buckwheat flour crepes as the base, the filling consists of spinach, pork pancetta carbonara style, topped with a sunny side up egg. Overall, the dish was a delight to both look at and consume. The crepe had a slight chew to it, but smoothened out with the creamy carbonara-like filling, made it really pleasing to eat. Though delicious, it did get a tad rich after a few bites, perhaps some acidity would have helped.

The drinks were decent, pretty much what you expect from a cafe, nothing really spectacular!
