How I Saved Over $100 on My Songmont Luna

If you’re into affordable luxury bags like me, you’ve probably come across the Songmont Luna. It was all the rage for a while (though the hype may have cooled down a bit now). But if you’re still in love with it and thinking of getting one, here’s my tip on how you can save $100 or more!

On the official international site, the Songmont Luna is priced at $465 SGD. However, on Taobao, it’s currently going for $360 SGD, including shipping. As luck would have it, I managed to snag mine for just $329 SGD during the 618 sale!

Why is there such a price difference? Simple—Songmont is actually a Chinese brand, and they have a flagship store on Taobao. That’s why you’ll often find better deals there. You can also find so many helpful reviews with pictures to help you decide on the colours 😉

The main differences between buying from the international site and Taobao are the colour options and the huge price gap. If you’re like me and only interested in neutral colours, Taobao is definitely the way to go. However, if you’re after unique shades like lavender or lucky red, you might need to pay a bit more on the official site. Otherwise, they’re the exact same bag.

I got mine in walnut and in the medium size, and I’m absolutely in love with it. I hope this post helps those of you considering this bag—because saving money is key!
