Michelin Hunter 🍽️ NYC - Noda 🌟

I recently went to Noda for a graduation celebration and it is definitely an unforgettable dining experience. The concept of omakase, meaning "chef's choice," was beautifully executed at Noda. Each dish was thoughtfully crafted and showcased the incredible skill and creativity of the chef.

⚜️Nigiri: The quality and freshness of the ingredients used at Omakase Noda were exceptional. From the melt-in-your-mouth slices of sashimi to the perfectly seasoned and grilled seafood, each bite was a revelation. On our menu of the day, we had Hokkaido uni and chutoro.

⚜️Sashimi and Appetizers: The highlight on the menu is loliolus with roe. It’s definitely a taste of the season that is only available for 2 weeks in the summer.

One aspect that truly stood out at Noda was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about the cuisine and sake they served. They took the time to explain each dish, its ingredients, and the chef's inspiration behind it, enhancing the overall dining experience. I would rank it as a top 3 Omakase place in the city!
