LIME BY US is the latest addition to the BAR US family, offering a refreshing twist on tropical cocktails with its “Modern Tropical Cocktail” concept. This new bar has gained my attention for its innovative and vibrant use of tropical fruits, making it an ideal spot for those seeking a light and refreshing drink. Whether you’re looking for a casual prelude to an evening out or a post-dinner wind-down, LIME BY US provides a unique and satisfying stop in Bangkok's nightlife scene.

A Contemporary Tiki Experience

Traditional Tiki bars are often associated with outdoor settings, evoking the laid-back vibe of beachside retreats. Standout drinks include the JACKFRUIT PINA COLADA, FROZEN MINT & WASABI (Mojito Sorbet), and my personal favorite, OUR EL PRESIDENTE. Another must-try is the reimagined PINEAPPLE NEGRONI, which adds a tropical twist to the beloved classic.

2.)Modern Tropical: This category pushes the boundaries of craft cocktails, offering bold and innovative combinations. Using fruits like passionfruit, guava, banana, and melon, these drinks cater to adventurous palates. For those with a sweet tooth, the BANANA + PATCHOULI + BUTTER and KEY LIME PIE cocktails are recommended.

Like at BAR US, guests are permitted to taste cocktail infusions before committing to a full drink, ensuring a perfectly tailored experience.
