DIY: Gel Nail Manicure At Home (LessThan $100!)

Having freshly painted nails make me feel put together and like I have my life in order 💅🏽 However, I didn’t like that I was spending so much money on it every month $50 manicure (& more for nail art) + $50 manicure so I decided I would learn to do it myself. I was able to buy all my supplies for around $100 and now I can paint and change my color as much as I want!

Trust me, if I as a person who has no talent for drawing or painting can do it, you can too. I will be listing all the products used in my video below, I purchased everything on Lazada 😉

- Sally Hansen Cuticle Remover

- Nail Care Kit

- Nail File (Set of 10)

- Buffing Sponge

- 4-Way Nail Buffer

- Base & Top Coat

- Nail Polish Color (Set of 2)

- Nail UV LED Lamp

- Nail Brush

Step-by-step instructions👇🏽

1. Apply instant cuticle remover on nail beds and let sit for 30 seconds

2. Use a cuticle pusher and gently push your cuticles back to reveal more nail space

3. Take a cuticle clipper and trim any excess skin around nails

4. File your nails to the desired shape using a nail file

5. Use a buffing sponge to buff the surface of the nail thoroughly

6. Apply a layer of base coat on the nails and put in LED Lamp for 60 seconds

7. Apply color gel polish to nails and put in LED Lamp for 60 seconds (if a mistake is made take a brush and dip in acetone to remove from skin around nails.

8. Repeat step 7 for a second coat

9. Apply too coat and cure in LED Lamp for 120 seconds
