Shinjuku｜❤️Fall in loved the cozy late night food

I recently visited Shinjuku Ramen in NYC and absolutely loved the cozy late night food stall vibes! 🍜 This ramen joint feels just like an izakaya in Japan - perfect for warming up with a hot bowl of noodles after work. 🥣

Their signature Black King squid ink ramen is a must-try! 🐙 The pork and chicken bone broth is incredibly aromatic, layered with thick chashu pork, chicken, and squid ink. One bowl warms you right up! 🌡️

Another favorite is their 15-hour tonkotsu ramen - the rich, creamy broth packs a serious umami punch in every sip. 🐷🍜 The chewy mochi rice grains are a nice surprise too!

We also tried the classic char siu egg fried rice, which had nice separate grains and wok hay flavor. And it's only $15 and comes with miso soup - such a deal! 🍚

They have a huge variety of ramen, but the squid ink and tonkotsu are must-orders. The izakaya ambiance is also top-notch. If you love Japanese food, Shinjuku Ramen is a must-try! 🎌

I'll definitely be back to soak up the late night food stall atmosphere. It's a little taste of Japan right here in NYC! 👌
