【Nyonya Style Spicy Stingray】

🔥INGREDIENTS

~ ½ pc Stingray, cleaned and cut

~ 3-4 pcs Ladies fingers, sliced

~ 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Selected Light Soy Sauce

~ 1 pkt Lee Kum Kee 1-Step Ready Made Nyonya Style Spicy Prawn Sauce Base

~ ½ Red onion, sliced

~ 2 Limes

~ Enough Aluminium foil (to wrap)

~ Banana leaf (optional)

👩🏻‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS

1. Marinate the cleaned and cut stingray with Lee Kum Kee Selected Light Soy Sauce for about 10 minutes.

2. Line aluminum foil with banana leaf and place the marinated fish on top.

3. Pour Lee Kum Kee 1-Step Ready Made Nyonya Style Spicy Prawn Sauce Base over the fish until it's well coated.

4. Top the fish with sliced ladies fingers and onions, then cover with banana leaf and aluminum foil.

5. Place the wrapped fish in a steamer and steam until cooked through. (The duration will vary depending on the size of the fish and your steaming/grill method.)

6. Serve with lime and enjoy your delicious Nyonya Stingray!
