Meal prep sandwiches

I meal prep meat and cheese sandwiches and place them in the freezer. Here’s some things to keep in mind 👇🏼

-Always do meat, condiments and THEN cheese. This is to avoid soggy bread.

-Never freeze with veggies! You can prep those separate the night before or morning of in their own package. They will not freeze well at all and will become soggy.

-These will last for several months in the freezer.

-Sandwich will be thawed perfectly by lunch time.

-I personally like this thicker hoagie bread as it holds up really well and doesn’t get dry either, but bread preference may require some trial and error.
