As someone who has been lifting for 9 years now it's crazy to look back and be able to acknowledge I probably wasted a good 4-5 of those years

i was undereducated with the ego the size of Mads and convinced I knew it all

So here are just a few of the things that held me back:

1. Not prioritizing sleep

2. Not following a structured program

3. Not taking rest days

4. Under eating carbs and fats

5. Creating rules around food and labeling them as

"good" and "bad"

6. Following random influencers macros just because I liked their physique &

7. Keeping track of how many calories I burned each workout

8. Over training in volume and pushing to failure too often

9. Trying to hate myself into a body I would love

10. Telling myself "I'll just start again tomorrow because I already fed off today"
