Where to Go in Istanbul, Turkiye 🇹🇷

Hi, Lemon8 babes. Here I wanna share some must-visit places when you’re in Istanbul, Turkiye.

🛍️ Grand Bazaar

Here is the place if you love fashion, jewelleries, and Turkiye antique lamps! And here is the place where you can show your bargaining skills.

🕌 Sultanahmet

A place where Hagia Sophia & Blue Mosque are located. These 2 mosques are opposite of each other. The queue time might take up to 1 hour. While you’re waiting, be sure to have some street food sold outside the mosque.

🌷 Emirgan Tulip Park

A huge park with a lot of colourful & beautiful tulips. Spring ended earlier when I went, so some tulips were already withered. So if you wanna see blooming tulips, the perfect month is April.

☕️ Pierre Loti Hill

A hill where you can view Bosphorus river & Istanbul from the top. You need to ride a cable car here, 20TL/2-ways when I went. There’s a cafe on top where we had some pancake, spring potatoes & chai.

🚢 Bosphorus River (cruise tour)

Do not skip this once you’re in Istanbul. Probably one of the places you can take photos without anyone behind 😂 Also, the sea breeze, ocean smell & that sapphire blue water 🌊 try to feed the seagulls too!

🛍️ Spice Bazaar

While Grand Bazaar is for fashion item, Spice Bazaar is the place where you can get your Turkish delight to bring back home. Again, show your bargaining skills!

📷 Istiklal Street

You can visit the Galata Tower while you’re here. Also, don’t forget to stop by nearby cafe to try the San Sebastián cheesecake. We had ours at Gallant Galata & it was super good 😩
