Here are 5 simple, healthy AND delicious meals that you can make for yourself.

1. Carbonara Gnocchi

Ingredients: Pre-made gnocchi, carbonara preggo sauce, spinach, mushrooms & bacon

All you have to is boil the gnocchi, pan fry mushrooms & bacon, then add everything else and mix them all together. Done.

2. Beef Udon

Ingredients: Frozen udon, frozen veg, sliced beef and udon sauce.

Pan fry sliced beef with sauce of your preference (I used teriyaki sauce), then boil rest of ingredients and add the pan fried beef on top. Done.

3. Watercress Soup w Pork Ribs (西洋菜汤)

Ingredients: Rack of ribs, goji berries, watercress veg, soy sauce, pinch of salt

Just boil all together for 2-3 hours, add goji berries just before serving. My favvvvv soup, I am willing to touch and chop up pork ribs just for this lol Prior to this I have never even touched a raw chicken in my life.

4. Tomato rice w Salmon, 🥚&🍅 + spinach

Just mix tomato sauce w rice, pan fry/oven cook the salmon. Then fry up your tomatos w eggs, and cook spinach separately. Done.

5. Last but not least, cover pic: Salmon w frozen veg and Soba Noodles

Boil soba noodles, eggs, frozen veg separately. Plate them. Pan fry/oven cook the salmon. Done. Lol super simple
