Favourite Korean food finally in the East!

Obba Jajjang in Tanjong Pagar has always been my favourite Korean restaurant in Singapore. Their dishes are the closest to the ones I’ve eaten in Korea. As much as I’ve been a regular, it’s still quite far as I have to travel to town. Fortunately, just today (1st October), Obba Jajjang express have opened at Pasir Ris Central Hawker Center!! The menu there covers a portion of the original restaurant and it’s at a cheaper price.

I think overall it doesn’t taste exactly the same as the original restaurant but it’s still pretty good and affordable.

Jajjangmyeon ⭐⭐⭐⭐: the portion is smaller than the Tanjong Pagar outlet but it’s still filling. The noodles are QQ and nice. As for the sauce, it’s less saltier as well.

Tangsukyuk ⭐⭐⭐: it taste similar as I rmb and it’s rly good for sharing

Gyoza Rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐: it’s my first time trying Obba’s gyoza so I can’t rly compare. But it’s better than expected and I enjoyed it more than the tangsuyuk.

I will defo comeback here again when I’m craving for jajjangmyeon!!! 🤩🤩
