there are actually alot of different kind of treatments out there that claims to target skin tightening, fat loss, cellulite reduction and etc and i personally prefer treatments that are of hot sensation 😂 so fat freeze are a big no no for me!

today i finally tried venus legacy and i like how the machine “sucks” my fats and the therapist move along my tummy and thigh. during the treatment, you’ll feel a hot sensation (just let them know if its too hot for you to handle) and after the treatment you’ll see redness the area which will subside in about 1-2hrs! not sure if it really works but i actually do feel a difference and my skin’s alot firmer!
