Eat Well at this Minimalistic Pet-Friendly Cafe 🌿

Apparently this cafe has been on my parents’ radar for a while now because they noticed it while walking around Northshore, but they never got to try it because it was full house at the time.

Loved the interior and vibes! Well Collective is a “contemporary Japanese-inspired casual dining concept”. Honestly, I didn’t get any Japanese vibes from this cafe but ok, sure! Doesn’t really affect my experience just my expectations. 😳

There’s an alfresco area where pets are allowed.

Also, this is more for Northshore Plaza (the mall where this cafe is located) in general, but it’s near the sea so it’s really nice to just gaze at the sea after your meal at the viewing gallery!

Best dish! The sauce is creamy but not too thick and cheesy. You can visibly see ground mushrooms in the sauce, a little bit like mushroom soup hahah, but really tasty! My whole family loved this.

It kinda tastes slightly different from most aglio olios I’ve ever eaten, I think because of the chilli used and because it’s not super garlicky, but not in a bad way. There are also sun-dried tomatoes in it. I really enjoyed this too.

It’s the most expensive but least appetising meal, unfortunately. The beef just wasn’t that great — for all 3 bowls we ordered 😳.

𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐒:

- Better to make a reservation in case it’s crowded!

- At dinner time, the waffles were already sold out.

- We wanted to get crepes but it’s apparently not ready to be sold yet? Not sure what the point of indicating it on the menu is then.

- Cream sandos (the kinds with fruits in them) looked really good though we didn’t try them. The other pastries looked pretty nice too.
