🌿 Start by downloading Notion from the App Store, and creating a free account.

➡️ Create a blank page by clicking on the add page option on the side bar. You can add a title, cover image, and page icon at this point.

🍃 Platform Tracker 🍃

▶️ Now click on the first line beneath the “add comment” section under the title, and type out “My Platforms.” Next highlight “My Platforms” and click on the “Turn Into” button and select toggle list. This should have placed an indented line under “My Platforms” begin typing out all of the platforms you use, hitting enter after each one. Then highlight each and add the corresponding url to it. This will give you a centralized place to keep up with each platform you use and post content too. This is also great for moments when you need to fill out forms that want to know multiple platform urls.

Since this is a toggle list you can hide all the platform text when you aren’t using it so your planner stays organized.

🍃 Content Priority Pipeline 🍃

Now for the most important step, you need to take a minute and prioritize what types of content you create. Realistically you are one person trying to be present on 30 different platforms, and trying to put the same amount of effort on each is going to cause you to burn out. Prioritizing your content is a great way to prevent burn out.

▶️ Start on a new line and type out “Content Priority Pipeline” and make sure to set the background for the line to a solid color to make a nice page break. Under this on three separate lines add the text: Primary (High Effort) Content, Secondary (Evergreen/SEO Fuel) Content, Tertiary (Small Priority) Content.

▶️ Then click on the Move icon and drag them beside each other. Now turn all three into toggle lists. Now you can write out how you want to prioritize your content.

🍃 Monthly & Weekly To-Do List 🍃

➡️ Now time to add a Monthly and weekly to-do list. This is another thing that is specific for each individual because we all prioritize things in a different way. These will also be toggle lists placed beside each other, with the to-dos under the toggles.

➡️ You can make the options under the main branch to-do list toggles, that way you can check them off as you go.

🍃 Content Calendar 🍃

Last you will need to add a monthly content calendar. This is where you’ll track what you post or schedule to post each day of the month. I recommend making a toggle list and putting an emote key, to help keep track of each projects progress.

➡️ Add a calendar view, this can be synced with other calendars on your device, if you want.

And that’s basically all you need to make a content planner using Notion On your iPad. I’ve been using this type of planner recently and it’s a lot of help.
