BUNNY BAIT

Try this yummy Easter treat from ELEANOR ROSE HOME

2 cups Corn Chex Cereal

1 cup Honey Nut Cheerios

2 cups Captain Crunch

2 cups Bunny Grahams

1 bag M&M's pastel colored

1/2 cup Pastel Sprinkles

16 ounces White Melting Chocolate Ghirardelli

In a large bowl combine the Chex cereal, Captain Crunch, Cheerios, bunny grahams, and M&M's.

In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the white chocolate in 20 second increments, stirring after each interval until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal & candy mixture and toss together gently until well combined.

Transfer the bunny bait to a parchment lined baking sheet and spread out evenly. Sprinkle the sprinkles over the snack mix.

Allow the bunny bait to set for about 15-20 minutes.

Once chocolate is hardened, break into pieces and transfer to a serving dish.
