A great Greek restaurant in NYC |Kyma

Kyma is a Greek restaurant offering traditional cuisine in a beautiful setting that transports you to the Mediterranean! Originally a restaurant from Long Island before making its way over to New York city’s flatiron, this spot has won one of the most prestigious awards that a restaurant can, a Michelin in 2022.

I went in early on a Friday evening and the service was a bit pushy. They were in a hurry to turn the tables over but I also had a friend running late and they wouldn’t sit us until he arrived. However after being sat, the food made up for it. Everything came out quickly and tasted amazing. The cocktails are unique and delicious, the appetizers were generous portions, and the whole fish was shareable and incredibly tasty. The food was very authentically Greek and so was the vibe. I truly felt transported back to Greece in this restaurant!
