as a Military Mom & Wife

here’s my thoughts on being an active duty military personnel, mother, and wife… it’s hard AF. and when i say hard AF, i’m speaking on the fact that it’s a huge sacrifice from the service member and spouse. the ultimate sacrifice, and most days it’s so challenging to be away. you’re talking about missing birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, etc.

on the flip side, if you’re strategic and communicate often with your support system it is possible to make something bitter just a bit more sweet. the military is a great experience for everyone and a great way to set yourself and family up for HUGE SUCCESS.

i’ve served in both Army and currently Navy. it’s a beautiful chaos of both pits and peaks. my foundation is in my faith in Jesus and my amazing husband. staying grounded in your faith and standing firm on what’s most important to you is 🔑
