4 Ingredient Gluten Free Sourdough Starter

🎀 I suffer from Celiac. This means that I have to find alternative ways to make *everything in my life* gluten free. I grew up baking, and something I loved was sourdough. I decided not to let my disease take that from me.

🍞I found a recipe, washed out my roommates empty moonshine jar, and got to working. A hack I use when I KNOW is about to get messy is a dish towel on the surface. I can easily shake off the mess into the trash and not have to deep clean the counter. I will check back in when I make bread with this!!
