my gf and I are really big on vintage apartments and have absolutely fallen in love with our place for the years we’ve been here. With all the new developments popping up in Chicago, a new build is the last thing we wanted 💖😭😭

We’ve had different layouts throughout the years but I’m so so in love with the way we have it now!!! We were using our one bedroom as a shared art studio for both of us since we’re both artists and ended up have our bedroom in the living/second living area, it’s kind of a weird in between but it worked great until we realized we would really love a bedroom we could just shut the door to. We also weren’t going into our studio at all because there for was always closed so we decided to make the swap ever since!!

I’m going to post some more photos of the bedroom/ studio swap situation because it was such a mess and so much work to switch everything, it took like 3 days!! And we’re still working on the studio in the living room so definitely a process but going to be sharing cause it’s so much fun going back and looking at all the photos I had taken 💖
