I’ve recent changed up my split giving myself more variety in my workouts and I’m absolutely loving it 🤍

SUNDAY

- Sunday is leg day! Honestly love being able to start my week of with a killer sweaty sesh. I focus on quads and glutes everyday.

MONDAY

- I train my full upper, focusing on back and shoulders. I like to do a short run later on during the day too if I’m feeling up to it!

TUESDAY

- I do a 5am HIIT circuit workout with a friend! These are my favorite each week. We do full body movements using dumbbells or bodyweight.

WEDNESDAY

- This is a recovery day of mine. I recently started going to Hotworx and my favorite class is the Pilates. I also like to get outside for a long walk if I can.

THURSDAY

- another leg day but I focus on glutes and hamstrings.

Friday

- sometimes Friday is a full body hiit workout if I’m feeling up to it. Otherwise I go to yoga and do a short run outsides

SATURDAY

- I love starting my weekend with a long outdoor run. I’ve been training for a half marathon, so i typically run between 8-11 miles
