You’ve probably heard about the hot girl walk on tiktok at some point. Here’s why it’s a great addition to your workout/daily routine:

1️⃣ It’s great for BURNING FAT

- It’s a low intensity exercise which means instead of just loosing calories like when you go on a run, you specifically target fat loss.

- This will only work if you commit to the walk for 30 mins to 1 hour (or more).

2️⃣ It can be great for your MENTAL HEALTH!

- Going on long walks help you clear your mind and de-stress.

- You can use the time to listen to a podcast, catch up on your favourite Netflix series, or simply reflect on your life.

3️⃣ It’s extremely ACCESSIBLE!

- You don’t have to get on a treadmill to do a hot girl walk. You can go to a park, just walk around outside your house, etc. As long as you commit to it for a good amount of time.

- This can be an easier form of exercise for those with chronic pain or illnesses. It can even reduce lower back pain!

✧ Try not to rest your hands on the hand rest when you’re tired (you’ll end up leaning back as you walk which will defeat the purpose of the incline)

✧ Push through your whole foot as you walk! You will feel lots of muscle engagement in your legs and even a little in your glutes! 🍑
