why tip?

tipping culture in America is so unique, and not the best. coming from a server tipping culture is just an excuse for businesses to not pay servers a living wage, that being said, here’s a few reasons why you should tip your servers.

1. most servers only make $2.13 an hour!

2. we deal with a lot of really rude customers everyday

3. we work really long shifts

4. if your food is wrong, we didn’t make it!

5. it’s so discouraging to spend an hour putting in our best effort to make sure you have a good dining experience, to get nothing in return!

6. It’s polite!

7. we need this money! I have a serving job as my second job to help pay my way through college, without the extra income college wouldn’t be tangible for me anymore
