The Free App Every Girlie Needs

🌸 In my opinion, tracking our periods is really important for our health. We can spot irregularities, accurately see when we last had a period, have more accuracy in predicting when our period is coming (especially if you’re irregular like me), and so much more!

🌸 I have been using WomanLog to track my period for 4 years now, and I wanted to share why I love it so much.

🌸 It’s really simple to use and does a lot of the work for you. In the past, I tried using the period tracker that’s a part of Apple’s health app, but I had to go in manually everyday and add that I was on my period 💀 it was honestly really annoying, and I wanted something better.

🌸 While this app does have a premium option I have never used it and never will. It does what I need it to perfectly fine without it.

🌸 Some things I didn’t list that the app has are articles pertaining to various topics about women’s health and a summary option where you can directly view your weight, cycles, basal body temperature and more over the span of however long you have been using the app. You can also customize the theme and set reminders which is so useful if you’re on birth control.

🌸 This is really an app that’s made for women by women, and I hope you all can enjoy it 😊
