My honest review on CHIBING!

My fam and i came across this Korean restaurant which allows DOGS!! It was new as this was the first time bringing my dog to a KOREAN restaurant which I LOVE!!! ❤️

Here’s what we ordered:

1️⃣ Steamed egg (comes with every meat set ordered)

Rating: 3/5

Review: I guess this was okay, I mean you cannot go wrong with eggs HAHAHA

2️⃣ Japchae

Rating: 4.5/5

Review: The noodles and vege was saucy and not dry like you see in other Korean restaurant which I really like. But my mother complained that the noodles was abit soggy 😢 but too me and l still liked it (it still had that bite) so I guess personal preference!

3️⃣ Naengmyeon

Rating: 100!! /5

Review: I like how the bowl came with ice (I think it’s broth ice so it won’t become diluted) so the noodles stayed cold till I finish! The broth was nice and refreshing and the BEEF it was nicely marinated which went well with the noodles (trust as I rarely eat beef as a lot of times I find that there is some kind of smell I’m not used to, DON’T COME AT ME HAHAHA)

4️⃣ Pork belly

Rating: 4/5

Don’t have pic for this but they help you to cook the meat before they serve it to you at the table! (no more smell of meat whenever you have bbq!) The pork was also nicely cooked, since they do it for you 😍

5️⃣ Side dishes (free)

Rating: 3/5

It was alright but I especially liked the spicy fish cake!

Ambience was good although we had to sit outside because we had a dog with us,, but when we went in the evening it was not hot or anything since the fan blowing at us was STRONG

The staff was friendly too and played a little with my dog 🥹

Conclusion: I think overall it is a nice place to visit for authentic Korean food (the staffs were korean) although the downside of it is that the price is quite steep ( but I guess a lot of Korean food in Singapore is quite expensive too so mb I can say it is the AVERAGE Korean food price in Singapore)
