Ingredients:

- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 2 cups granulated sugar

- 4 large eggs

- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (for melting chocolate)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar, mixing until well blended.

3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until combined.

4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.

5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool completely.

7. While the brownies cool, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.

8. Dip each strawberry in the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off. Place on parchment paper to set.

9. Once the brownies are cooled, cut them into squares and top each brownie with a chocolate-dipped strawberry.
