📝Here is the recipe for the low-calorie and filling potato salad

Ingredients:

- 1 potato

- 1/2 carrot

- 2 eggs

- Some ham

- 1 crab stick

- 1/2 cucumber

- Some onion (as desired)

- 2 tablespoons of sugar-free yogurt

- Some low-calorie mayonnaise

- Black pepper and salt

Instructions:

1. Steam the potatoes, carrots, and eggs until cooked.

2. Slice the onion and cucumber, sprinkle with salt, and let them release water.

3. Pan-fry the ham until crispy and fragrant, and tear the crab stick into strips.

4. Mash the cooked potatoes and carrots (don't mash them too finely).

5. Layer the sliced eggs, ham, crab stick, cucumber, and onion. Pour the yogurt and mayonnaise over the top, and season with black pepper and salt. Mix well.
