The spread is authentic, and the chef also prepares certain dishes like soy milk beehoon on the spot. This buffet is great to explore authentic Hing Hwa breakfast items and try a little of everything. With no GST & service charge at nett price of $25, this buffet is really affordable. Thumbs up for good price, good food and good service!

豆浆炒米粉，扁肉汤，煎包，莆田春卷，紫菜海蛎酥，五香卷，九转小肠，地瓜粥，锅边糊，农家擦粉，红糖馒头，方糕，红团，软粿，银耳莲子羹和水果等。
