I knew I was going to love this book simply because I haven’t read an Elsie book I didn’t devour. And this just proved that she had to have been a waitress at some point because this book SERVED, ATE, and left no crumbs.

This book had me kicking my feet and giggling, gasping, and tearing up. It puts you through all the feels.

Cherry was hilarious, Emmy was sassy star of the show, and Ollie was the precious introvert.

I loved the bond Skylar created with Ollie & Emmy so effortlessly and how they welcomed her into the fold with open arms.

I absolutely LOVED the banter between West and Skylar. Or should I say Coach Thick Thighs and Coach Plain Face😂 that whole soccer game scene had me CACKLING.

The spice was immaculate 🌶️🌶️🌶️

Also, orange skittles are totally the best🤪

I loved Skylar’s growth and strength throughout the book, and how West was there for her no matter what. Even from the first moment they met. 🐻

With all that being said, just do yourself a favor and read this book🤭
