Working from my Sewing Machine 😉

How in the heck did I go from making a good steady income , to now working from my “sewing machine?”

Well, this path hasn’t been a simple one , but I know that God has the perfect plan for me.

Last October I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Ankylosing Spondilitis. And if you don’t know what that is , it’s a condition affecting my back. Well, in the middle off all that research, I let them know my hip was hurting too and we did some investigating. We did tons of imaging and found out that I have yet another cyst that has formed in my hip that leaves me with no bone underneath. Which now, is essentially causing my good bones to push on soft “tissue” (the cyst). I’m now currently on crutches awaiting surgery in May. So I have been out of work for a full month now because as a manager, there’s no way to coach people from the sideline.

I have had to push myself harder than I ever have in my Red Aspen business, and so far it’s paying off. And now , I’m pushing myself to make scrunchies and headbands as well to help with any extra expenses.

This is not a get money quick business and I have to work my butt off, but it’s so worth it to see the results!
