how to grow on 🍋8

i have been on this lemon8 for quite some time now. i have slowed down in how often i post, but i very much still active. here are some things i’ve noticed that helped me gain some traction and exposure:

🍋 posting often 🍋 create a schedule if you’re committed! i just find giving myself a “hey lets post x times this week/month” really helps!

🍋 authenticity 🍋 something unique about lemon8 is that you can freely be yourself with VERY little to no hate! people like to see the real you, this is a VERY safe place to do that!

🍋 hashtags 🍋 find some that work for you! this always helps a post. if you forget them it won’t hurt much, i notice lemon8 doesn’t make u rely on a hashtag for exposure

🍋 find your niche 🍋 for ex, i am mostly a food/lifestyle blogger! i know which posts have more potential because of the niche im in! i notice most of my follows come from my food posts! find a niche you love so u can post WHAT U LOVE and find others that have similar interests!!!

🍋 weekly insights 🍋 followers ≠ exposure & vice versa. you may have thousands of followers, but that doesn’t mean your account is doing well! what helps u understand your platform are those weekly insights you get sent, they show u your growth!

🍋 activity 🍋 join the challenges, comment, interact, have fun!

🍋 consistency & confidence 🍋 not every post is a hit, you’ll have one that gets maybe 2k+ likes, then the next will get 8! stay consistent. not every post is going to do amazing, don’t get discouraged because of that.
