My favs as a spin instructor

As an indoor cycling instructor these are the things that I absolutely can not live without 💗

💗 Tiem Slip Stream cycling shoes. Wears like a tennis shoe and can be worn outside (I don’t do that because I want to get the most wear out of them). Compatible with SPD clips. Comes in so many fun colors (I have three pairs). I am a true size 9 and I usually buy a 9 in these, but I find because I wear them so much they scretch out quickly which makes it difficult to ride in. I will likely size down to an 8 1/2 next time. Can be purchased through Tiem website or Amazon (more colors available through the website). They drop amazing colors every season. *note that you have to buy the SPD clips separately*

💗 Mic belt. The way our mic packs work you have to clip them to the back of your leggings and I just find that makes me uncomfortable and weighs my leggings down. So I prefer this. It’s also so fun to wear. Comes in many colors. Can be purchased on Amazon.

💗Fun wind screens. This is simply a fun addition to my outfit. I love having this pop of color. Can be purchased on Amazon.

💗Owala FreeSip water bottle. I have MANY different tumblers but I have found that the Owala and Hydroflask fit the best in our bike cup holders. My Stanley is too big and leaks when it’s slanted in the bike. I got mine from Target!
