CLOUD 9 BEAUTY BAR ☁️ | got a facial for $28???

Have always wanted to get a facial done at the highly raved Cloud9 Beauty Bar but tbh the prices are quite steep for me a broke student like me 😭😭 BUT GUESS WHAT?? i came across their ig story and they were looking for models @$28 only for any 80min facial!!! (up $98) SUCH A GOOD DEAL ofc i had to try (it was done by a trainee thus the pricing but i didn’t mind at all!)

Here is the process:

I chose to do the acne defense facial since acne has always been my biggest concern!

1️⃣ Double cleansing

2️⃣ Chemical peel

for this step she applied an exfoliating gel followed by a foam to neutralise my skin’s pH to prep for the extraction!

3️⃣ Manual extraction

this is the first time i actually had manual extraction done! and omg i was so scared it was gonna be painful but surprisingly it was very bearable (btw i have pretty low pain tolerance)

4️⃣ High frequency wand

she didn’t explain this step to me but i believe it is to treat acne! the feeling of this is a bit weird and there are zapping(?) sounds HAHHA but no pain at all!!

5️⃣ Calming gel

she also used an cooling stick(?) after applying the gel which was omg so shiok 🤩🤩 my fav step of the facial! felt so good esp after the extraction!

6️⃣ Face & shoulder massage

really enjoyed this too felt really good and relaxed

7️⃣ SOS acne serum

8️⃣ Custom blend mask

9️⃣ Moisturiser and sunscreen

The service:

The therapist constantly check up on me whether I was doing ok! which was nice :) talked to the lady boss for abit and she was super friendly 🤩 at the end of the treatment they also will offer a cup of tea!

The ambience:

I felt that the overall set up of the place is very cozy? makes me feel relax and comfortable! Its pretty aesthetic too

Something to take note:

The space is rather small and there is only 1 room for facial treatment! i believe it can accommodate 2/3 customers at once and between each bed its partitioned with curtains only! so you can def hear if there is anyone talking etc but not an issue for me!

Overall I really enjoyed the facial and felt my face was much cleaner! would love to come back for more however I still find it quite pricy personally but I wouldn’t mind splurging once in awhile to pamper and treat myself! 🤍
