chewy rice cake with piping hot chocolate lava🤎 easy to make

1 egg

40g sugar

20g corn oil

230g milk

230g glutinous rice flour

20g cocoa powder

1tsp baking powder

1. combine egg, corn oil, sugar and milk

2. add glutinous rice flour, cocoa powder, baking powder

3. pour half of the mixture into mould

4. add dark chocolate

5. pour in the existing mixture

6. Bake for 180c 45min
