dog moms, HELP!

this is my baby milo. some of yall know him already and some don’t. milo has been having really bad diarrhea and vomiting lately (the diarrhea he struggled with as a puppy as well) the vet keeps prescribing us medicine that doesn’t really work and if it does it only does for a couple days and then he’s back to being sick.

what do i do?!
