Guide for Kimono Rental in Tokyo 🇯🇵

If you are planning to rent a kimono in Asakusa, Tokyo, do check out this place. There were wide and cute varieties of kimonos 👘 Their staff were also friendly and it’s okay if you don’t speak Japanese because they can speak in English and Chinese ✨

I chose the regular kimono package. The price of it is ¥6,800 for the regular kimono which includes kimono, kimono bag, socks, slippers and hairstyles (you can choose the hairstyles you like from the catalog)☺️ The price is pricier compared to other shops but I can guarantee you the quality of their kimono, customer service and the overall satisfaction of it 👍 They will provide you a bag to put your personal belongings in it and at the end of the day once you are done just go back to the shop and they will give you back your belongings. Do make sure to return the rented items before 5:30pm as they will charge an additional 1,500 yen and do make sure to make an earlier online reservation from their website as their shop in the morning mostly are fully packed 😊

The shop is around 5 minutes walk away from Sensō-ji and along the way I got even some compliments from people and there was even someone who asked me where did I rented the kimono from🫣 Do check out their website/instagram for their kimonos 🌸
